Can anyone tell me where you can purchase the Yamaha (or pattern part) c-spanner that is used to join to a torque wrench in order to correctly set the torque for steering head bearings please.

The yamaha part number is: Yamaha P/N YU-33975 - 90890-01403

I have searched the internet but with no luck. I am keen to do this work myself but have also experience poorly adjusted head bearings before which wasn't pleasant as the front end felt dreadful under breaking.
