Exactly what Tony said.
The reason those buttons are there is to quickly modify a map to enrich the a/f mixture in two specific rev ranges, i.e. the low mid (slow revs) or high as in top rev range. These are used by peple who go to a track day and want to give the bike more fuel to air for the track day or race. You don't need to fiddle with them.
