I`m an idiot... its not the M8 bolt thats 62nm its the M10 nut on the actual stand. I mis -read the instructions. Whoops...no wonder the mechanic looked at me like a was a total nubbin

Oh well I`m always learning..

So I take the claim through the dealer? I`ll enquire. I suppose its my word that I`ve kept them clean and covered etc.. i`ll give it a bash though, as its unreasonable that they are like that after only 2500 miles.
