Thanks for all the help. I had to eventually resort to calling Dynojet for assistance. My PC5 is their latest incarnation that includes a crank position sensor connector as well as the FI and TP sensor connectors. This is to smooth out the spikes on throttle pump on some models.

Took me a while to find the crank position sensor wires and trace them but I now have it all connected and running perfectly.

For anyone that tries this with a new PC5, the crank sensor connector is a white 2 pin plug under the rubber boot behind the rear brake fluid reservoir.
