totally agree on that one Steve...
When i was putting mine on(ignoring the fact that i gave up putting the smaller rubber insert in and cut it and glued it) the springs where a doddle.
Tried the coin trick, all i did was have lots of coins all over the floor as they kept pinging out. Simply attached a rope(blue nylon stuff) around and with the help of another pair of hands slowly pulled it over. Took all of about... oh 15 seconds each spring....
oh the value of hindsight...
