not having any tubes to hand .. i gazed up at the garage ceiling and saw a old off cut of cushionfloor ..[posh lino ]
amazingly it has done a good job seems to flex and has proved tough enough 10k on
it was pretty snug ..i used a little soapy water and a wooden block to tap the sprocket housing on

it was at really nice pretty pattern too ..
