It does indeed.
It's fairly important to make up the little blanking piece, or the underside of the seat fills with mud!!
You will need to make up a stabilizer bracket for you tool tube, the MTC provided one isn't enough to stop the tool tube bouncing about under the vibration from the engine. I used the same mounting as the rear <luggage> frame mount, as seen in this thread -:
