For the search:
Disconnect all the connectors below the tank - left side and the relais on the right.
If the fuses still blows up you have less to look for.
In case the fuse holds, reconnect one conector at the time and check, when the fuse trips.
Basicly power leads from main (starter relais) to the kill switch and from there back to the ignition relais.

i spoke with the guys from yamaha today - theyhave my bike - and still could not find the fault. they's still buffled! they're at the stage when they are striping all the wiring loom down. hope they find it soon.
