Interesting. Why do you want to do that. I think it will be pain to do that because of 1 pulse. Do you want to do this through hole rev range or just at high revs. Just High isn't it.
I want more torque out of the motor, I will tell you how I did once I have done it.
Do you know how pulser (sprocket or something) look like.

Google Raptor 700 flywheel / stator &
you will see what it looks like. I thought about replacing this one that have 1 "tooth" with one that have 4 "tooth" if his only job is to pulse variable reluctance sensor (crankshaft sensor). Later it is easy to bring this pulses (4 of them) to the ECU through electronic counter/divider (by four) that will make one pulse every 4 pulses from sensor. ECU will not notice any change. Like this you can count time (degrees) from third pulse. It would be more accurate
