I have the K60 old profile on the Ten for about 4k and I'm very pleased with them compared to the Siracs. And they are about half the price.

As far as I know the Scout only has the reinforcement band on the middle of the tire, the composition being the same with the regular old K60.

Regarding the sizing, from 2011 is expected the M+S Scout version to be available in 130/80 too. I don't know about the non M+S.
