Oh, and I asked in my e-mail to the dealer in which I detailed the faults, the direct question
"Did you bother with the PDI as this would have shown up these issues"

In the reply this was totally ignored so I have now asked for a copy of the PDI doc. Shame to get off on the wrong foot with the dealer but I cannot abide people that deliver shoddy work. 90% of their customers probably don't know any better but some of them do!
