Must admit to digging deep into the corners of the bank account and buying the touratech handguards with the added deflectors. With postage they came to �107 I think. I bought them for the weather protection rather than mechanical protection and they seem to do that job well. Not sure but the Barkbusters seem to be better for the mechanical type of protection - �90ish.
