There are ways to reduce the jerky ride like the KEV MOD, but none that I know of that will eliminate the cutting out. Having said that I think they replaced the TPS on earlier bikes due to this. My TPS was not one of them however she stalls every once in a while, mainly when pulling over after a blat on the motorway/long fast stretch of road.
