The longest one I'm aware of in Sussex is the Old Coach Road which is in four sections: Jevington to Folkington, Folkington to Wilmington, Berwick to West Firle and Firle to Beddingham.
In Jevington head west on the appropriately named Green Lane which starts opposite the old Post Office. After 200m or so fork right and follow your nose.
This leads you to the second section from Folkington to Wilmington which can be 'challenging' when wet. You come out opposite the church in Wilmington.
There's a short section that leads down to the Sussex Ox, then once you've crossed the Cuckmere turn right towards the A27, then left following signs for Comp Barn. This is initially a gravel drive, then turns into a green lane that passes behind Berwick, BoPeep Lane, Charleston Farmhouse and comes out at West Firle.
For the final section you ride south towards Firle Bostal then take a farm track on the right, keeping going straight on as you pass the farm on the left, and you come out on the A26.
There's some other short ones as well, like Robin Post Lane, map below.
