Hi,
Not obviously. I was looking earlier(*) and noticed that the rear brake light cable (?) runs down the frame very close to the exhaust pipe but it hasn't obviously melted.
(*) My clutch cable cover did melt (stuck in a traffic jam in 37+C in Damascus) which later failed on me (on a narrow bridge in an hour long traffic jam in the middle of Prishtina) but that was because I'd rerouted the cable in front of the head stock, because I'd put in bar risers, and that was the only way to make the stock clutch cable reach. The trouble was I hadn't been careful enough to ensure the cable didn't rest on the engine. I'm going to wrap it in heat reflective tape and might do sensitive looking parts near the exhaust too, for good measure rather than because there's been any damage to date.
In summary, I don't think there's a problem with heat from the 2-in-1 exhaust.
Cheers,
Ian
