hi ya, i'm guessing the battery is stone flat? if so, if it stays in this state for even a week you will be unlikely to bring it back to full health and i have found even an optimate type charger is unlikely to sort it out, possibly a new battery im afraid as batterys work best with a little work, loss and charging

yes you can jump from a car,[the honda a 12v?] i normally would try it first without starting the car as a bike requires less power and less chance of damaging surges from the car's alternator
