Never do you valve locking nut up tight always back it of about half way back up the valve so if your tyre does spin slightly it wont rip the valve out

25lbs in the front and 28 in the back, the tyres won't move on the rim. The reason the tyres move on the rim is when you run at low pressure and they are not gripping the bead to the rim. With the weight of these bikes you don't need to drop the tyre pressure down like you would on a 105kg enduro bike you are just asking for a pinched tube or ripped out valve.
