CaptMoto is on a distinguished road
You can only alter effectively the C01 settings because the C02 ones are idle as those settings are part of the same ECU software as the twin cylinder bikes such as the TDM. The XT's are single cylinder.

As for the C01 settings there is not a definitve value that will equally match the correct performance of every single XTX/XTR You need to do a bit of trial and error by increasing the C01 by increments of 10 at a time until you obtain a satisfactory fuelling ratio. Increase by 10, go for a 20 min ride see if the bike behaves well, stop, inspect the spark plug if its too dry increase another 10 value if its too wet decrease back. Most importantly check the bike at low regimes, i.e. part throttle opening, if it stalls or judders make sure that your idle RPM is set at around 1450 RPM's then when you've got that covered increase the C01 settings until your spark plug is a clean tan colour.

Black charred spark plug means the bike is lean so you need to increase
Wet spark plug means the bike is too rich so you need to decrease.
