- There was no water in the cylinder as checked afterwards by the mechanics.
I tried to get out at any price being there alone as my tenere was sinking deeper and deeper... After 20 minutes 4 people from the nearby houses heard my (slightly panicking) horn blowing. By then, even with the five of us it took us several attempts to pull the rear wheel out of the mud. Finally getting the bike out, the chain seemed to be off.


- What exactly caused the teeth stripping was also for Peter from the bikershome a mystery.

- the Guy's working on the bike were from town. Peter called them. They also work for the KTM renting shop in town.

- the pannier rails are original yamaha
