Not sure what you mean. Are you worried that the bolt is loose and that if you fit another one that too will be loose? Or that it's stuck in the frame and that you can't get to it?

I had difficulty removing those bolts too, reason being is that they have loctite on them and that I used the wrong tool (the right tool but not the 'larger version')
