If you fit a 320mm disc then I agree you shouldn't have any problem - supermotos are hard on the brakes, and they manage fine with such a single disc (although admittedly a supermoto tends to weigh a lot less than a Tenere!)...

As others have said, the brakes on the Tenere are great, especially if two-up and/or with luggage... if you don;t use the bike in that capacity then a single disc ought to be fine...

For info, I have a 270mm Braking Wave disc (that's 30mm less than a single Tenere disc!), Goodridge stainless steel braided hose and a Brembo master cylinder (the same as a KTM 690 Enduro) - that set up has great feel, and plenty of fluid capacity in the master cylinder - I'd say it's perfect if you are not planning on loading up to capacity, so in that respect, a single 320mm disc ought to be more than fine!
