Also, I'd advice that when you get the allen bolt out and get the leg apart that when the nut that goes onto the allen bolt comes out, that you use an old socket or something similar to make up a special tool to hold the nut.
I've changed for seals on a couple of bikes and always found that they had a funky shaped nut on the inside.
Or, as an old motorbike mechanic told me, can use a broom stick and just hamme it into the nut, voila, instant socket!
