I got my last tyre from FWR, and quite like the shop. Just wasn't sure if the sprocket/chain kits they do are right for the XT as I couldn't find a reference of anybody using them on the XT (searching here and other forums).

Thanks for the recommendation, Capt. When ordering online, where would you have it fitted though? I really don't want to risk attempting myself.
