hereby the new dyno results.

Explanation

green line:
Tritity 2in1 header with customised linkpipe/collector - Micron silencer - +2mm Throttle Body (+2TB) 62.96HP 72.09NM - 53.16lb-ft Torque

blue line:
2in2 +4mm OTR headers - BSM silencer and linkpipe. 63.31HP 75.68NM - 55.81lb/ft Torque

red line:
2in2 +4mm OTR headers - BSM silencer and linkpipe - +2TB 66.71HP 77.52NM - 57.17lb/ft Torque

The facts:

+2TB
The +2TB I can really recommend! It gave me an +3 HP improvement and a bit more torque.

Trinity 2in1 ( http://www.xt660.com/showthread.php?...hlight=trinity)
The customized 2in1 system will give you gain improvements, weight savings and buttom clearance. But for the best results the 2in2 I can recommend.
The 'Rally Raid' XT by OTR, which has a 104mm bigbore+OTR 2in1+PP head+OTR cam, has got about 63HP according to an article I've read. Mine XT has also almost 63HP with a 103mm bigbore, but with a +2TB. Therefore the 2in1 customized Trinity is much better then the OTR 2in1.

Very nice result. 66.71HP, you got to be happy with that:035: As I told you Marcel, the +2mm throttle body does work, 3.4HP gain.:bienvenido:

You have proven the fact again a 2in2 makes more HP then a 2in1. Seen it so many times.

Next mod one of Kenny's new Cams, produces more HP & for longer then a stage 3 HOT Cam. Then a stroker kit. Gee I love spending other peoples money.

WoW marjani, 66, nearly 67hp from an engine that had not much more than 40 stock. Nice work.

some pics of the customised Trinity 2in1 with Micron silencer. This silencer is a very nice one. It has a removable dbkiller and you can take it apart by simply removing one bolt. In the collecter we even made a plug for dyno readings.

Some more dirt pics.
For those who are interested in enduro tyres, I'm currently testing Mefo mfc15 enduromaster front and mfc12 stonemaster rear. Got rid of the tkc80's after several crashes in terrain, no grip at all with tkc80's.

some more dirt pics. I took this pics on a 1 day enduro course of 5 hours nonstop driving through mud, sand and rocks and a lot of hill climbs. No engine overheatings, melting issues or what's so ever.
I took a pic of a KTM 530 sixdays edition. If I ever going to buy a KTM I definitely aiming for the sixdays edition. But the wrf450 is also still on top of my list.

My eyes felt on a new silencer by Akrapovic (m-h6/3). It has a titanium/carbon outer sleeve muffler and a full titanium muffler. The intake diameter is 60mm and the muffler's inside diameter is 60mm as well; that's exactly what I was looking for. The Micron I currently use it has a 63mm intake and the muffler inside diameter is around 50mm.
Also the weight of the Akra is only 1,5Kg!

Some welding needs to be done first before I can fit this beauty, it's done at the end of this month. New dyno mappings have to created and the results I will publish.

Greetings from Holland,

Marcel
