XT's On The Road / Spotted
 

Hi All,

This thread is here so that you can give a shout to any other XTs that you see riding about. You never know, they might be members you haven't met yet!

I think a quick description of the road / area, type / colour of the bike and plate year (no full registrations please).

Maybe what the rider was wearing too.

Red '05 XTX at Clapham Common Station. Standard pipes. Rider was wearing a matt black Caberg helmet and a green Hi-Viz vest with a rucksack.

I was idling 2nd car back and he stormed past me as the lights changed.

Blue XTX with black top box Fleet street 7.15

Seven XTXs in Rye, Hastings, Pevensey area, Sat 28th Oct, pm. Seemed to be blatting about and generally having a good time, was it you?????

Grey '05 XTX on standard cans, Canary Wharf Service area roundabout at around 8:30 this morning.

Not sure what colour it was to dark , limhouse link, 7.20 this morning.

I saw an Orange XTX at the Wandsworth Round-about last night (about 1900hrs)...

Black XTR the highway london 13.50.

Think it was a gray one (might have been black � it was dark out), last night on the A3 heading out of London (goin' at it too :077: ).

I am a regular on the A3 but mine is blue '05 plate, I was heading out at about 5.30pm'ish.

Anyone seen my baffles on the A2 somewhere? I think it was after the Dartford tunnel when I noticed a volume increase..... :crybaby2:

I was out getting some heated grips earlier on, and when I got back to my bike there was another blue '04 XTX next to mine. I waited for a bit and the owner turned up. Nice chap. I told him about the forum, and he said he'd like to create a profile and see what's going on. Most positive thing was that he asked about rideouts! Oh yeah - this was at J&S Accessories in New Malden.

I spotted a blue XTX heading along the A298, it was heading towards the A3 at about 11am (could have been one of you shopping at J&S?).

A bumper morning for XT spotting today.

First, a black XTX with Akrapovic pipes being ridden in a spirited manner along the embankment, the rider gave me a wave so it might be someone from here,
Second, a blue XT not sure whether it was an X or an R, two up also along the embankment I gave them a quick wave but didn't notice if there was a reply.

You was mistaken tony,he was sticking his fingers up.

oops i nearly forgot ! saw a red one this morning,kidbrooke park road at 8.15 , red ,rider had a red crash helmet also.

Spotted 2 XT's tonight:

1) a gray black XTX '05 plate with standard cans outside the Limehouse tunnel going towards Wapping and if that man is on this forum I was the one with the red XTX that nodded at you and probably deafened you with my cans. :120:

2) A blue XTR (a courier!!) 06 plate with a top box on the Marylebone road, again if you are on this forum I was the one with the loud red XTX that nodded you at the lights and then left you for dust. :D :D

I dunno, I just find the Red XTX so... very.... common :eusa_dance:

Saw two of 'em this morning;

First one � joining the 217 at South Sutton/Belmont (friendly chap, shiny bike)

Second � whizzin' through Tooting with a top box (not very chatty at all but it was early :sad11: )

Spotted by a mate Red xtx movin' at a snails pace on t2e A21 towards 2astin6s racin' a milk float so im told......

Spotted a blue XTR '06 plate on the A21 heading out of Bromley at 4.30pm today...

This morning at Colliers Wood (and for the duration of my journey as far as Tooting Bec) in my mirror � Red XTX, standard cans and a top box... I think the top box may have been slowing him down 'cos I only saw him next to me at red lights :toothy9:

I don't think he noticed me.... must have been my speedy stealth black colour and lack of stickers :glasses9:
