hahaha...not a bad idea actually:eusa_think: lol

on a more serious note though, has anyone replaced the stock alternator/stator in the tenere? The current one produces a max 291W. A stock bike can consume a max of 280W (with radiator fan, high beams, blinkers etc in use). This potentially does not leave enough power to add anything really without draining the battery a bit. Anyone has any idea on this matter?
thx

Sev

:sign13: Ditch the halogen driving lamps, connect up the dip and high beams (so they both work on high beam), change to a pair of LED spot lamps and you will have found yourself another 90W to play with and still have more than ample lighting.

Here's a couple of mine on a 1,200 mile round trip to Scotland

Absolutely NO motorways.

Great fun, especially the bit where I got completely lost in Yorkshire for 6 hours!

I could use a few switches like those in the cover behind the headlight.

Do you have a link for those switches ?
Are the waterproof and how deep are they ?

Do you have any info how exactly can I connect up the dip and high beam together? What kind of led spot lamp is recomended?
Since there is on e bay lots of cheap quality stuff.

Thanks!
