TKC's

.....well, what d'ya know....you lot are right about the tyres getting better. Did a few more miles on tarmac over the weekend, some two up with the missus and although I'm sure I'm getting used to them the main difference is that they do 'feel' better. Less like falling off a cliff as I tip the ****** into roundabouts and grip feels fine...........right, where's my nearest green lane!!!
cheers:blob6:

Just fitted some TKC80's which wasn't so bad considering It's the 1st time I've fitted motorbike tyres!!

I ended up changing the back twice as I put the tyre on backwards first go.....DOH DOH !!

Have been out for a ride round the block and yes there is defo a big cliff to drop off round the bends !!! That first corner had 3 apexes :unibrow:

They should be nicely run in by the time I get the the Lakes !!

How did you balance them ??

I got myself one of these, easy to use, and well put together:

I didn't !

I left the spoke weights on that are roughly opposite the valves, so with a little luck the balance wont be too bad. Certainly doesn't feel any more viby to ride, so I'll see how they go as is.
