Got the motor together.

Raptor barrel & piston in. Measured both the XT & Stage 1 camshaft, piston to valve clearances, checked the spring coil gaps.

looking good but how the hell did you open up the crankcase to recieve the barrel shoulder on a universal mill without removing the conrod and using a boring head? No rotary table either? please share this technique, cos im very impressed.
