I recon Fiddich hit the nail on the head, when it's new all the splines are nice and tight, so securing it properly saves the day. Maybe a new one and drill it out from the start to avoid and small movement. |
I just used a longer stainless screw with counter nut.

ta fiddich must have a look at that. haven't been out tenere much at all. took it for a few weekends home and that's been it really as I've been so busy at work I sleep most of sat and Sundays shopping and cleaning flat.
