Im a defo & my mate coming on his xt aswell
& we both want a Dyno done. Is this only Open
to Xt's or if a mate on a sports bike wanted to
tag along is that allowed? It might even make
him want one.

All sounds good for me, looking forward to the day,

On a dyno, do the chaps do any tuning? Or is it just about getting a nice gragh?

Thanks

Right, nice to see some interest in a SE meet.
I reckon this has diverged into 2 potential things.
I am going to start a list for those who have expressed interest in a meet.
Let`s do the meet and discuss the dyno day there, seems the most practical way to go about it.
Also would be cool to know where all are so we can work out where the most convenient place for a meet actually is ;)

So list is as follows so far, just copy and paste the list to add your name :

1. feck
2. alpine100
3. Dick Dastardly (Dyno)
4. Justin Powell
5. uk_nick
6. fac191
7. mudrock
8. pilotpaul
9.
10.

Oh and breakfast of course!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evening all.
This is looking good!
@ Alpine100 : The more the merrier I think :D

@ Mudrock : It is just a Dyno run, tuning will obviously take up more tech time and cost more, although with the knowledge base we have behind us in XT660.com, a Dyno run will help you see where your tuning is going and what you can do improve your HP/Torque ;)

@ Dick Dastardly : The H do a good breakfast and a good coffee last time I was there :)

So I have taken the liberty of updating the list as far as can see from reading the thread, if everybody involved could cast their eye over and update as necessary I think we are A for away peeps.

Nice!
F.

1. feck ( Dyno)
2. alpine100 + 1 ( Dyno)

5. uk_nick

it may persuade me to fit the great motor that is in my signature....so far, not in the bike.......can we do a ride out too?? Great idea..

feck 24-04-12 22:54

come along champ, the biggest point of the whole exercise is a rideout and a meetup, basically if you come, dedicate the day ;)

feck, you have a good spirit and good idea, sadly I am away fly fishing this particular weekend, BUT.. if you have another one, plus i get myself back into biking properly,(well im off to the IOM TT, so I SHOULD BE after that!) then it would be great. Hope it goes well, and you bring on another day!:002:

Ta bud.
quite jealous of your TT mission! Keep an eye out for the new Norton they are developing this year... looks interesting.
Dude I have just read your sig line and that motor looks amazing!!! where did you get all the bits to do the conversions and what not?
Pity you can`t join but there will be more, I reckon it will be grand to do a regular-ish meet for anyone who wants to.

Anyways, ta for the update and get that biking amp back ;)
