Get the O2 lug welded into the new header, any exhaust shop will do the job for you.

Dynojet no longer sell the O2 Optimizers separately, they only come with PCV's now, I did find a supplier in Germany that sold me 2 X O2 Optimizers recently for my mates 2011 Z1000's, he seems to be the only one in the world that sells the Optimizer separately

May be send him an Email to see if he will supply your a o2 Optimizer for your XT

Cheers Kev.

Thanks for your advice Kev.

Have arranged to have a nut welded onto the headers by one of the local performance shops to receive the sensor thread. This will actually work out cheaper than ordering one with the mount in place from the supplier??

The new plan is PCV, O2 optimizer, 2 position MAP switch, all from Dynojet.

Apparently you can get an O2 optimizer if you can quote a valid serial number from a PowerCommander??

No doubt I'll be asking for your advice again when it comes to programming the fuel maps!!

Thanks a million, your help & advice has been invaluable!

That is your best option PCV + O2 optimizer for your set up, if you were going big bore or out for performance my O2 eliminator works best.

Dyno jet Australia would not sell me any O2 Optimizers for the two Z1000's, I provided them the serial numbers & they said no & this was only 2 months ago.
