Ok, Kev, is that dyno result that you posted just an ECU swap, or was it after optimising the fuelling?

and was your baseline map fully optimised?

The base run was with a custom made map & the reflash also had a custom made map.

ok, thanks for clearing that bit up....

hello everybody,
I told with Christian from Piasini and he is waiting my ecu, then when rev limiter gone 7700 or 8000 Does a mechanical problem occurs in long-term ?any idea ?

Anything above 7200 rpm is the risk of the owner who moves the rev limiter higher, it is still unkown if the standard motor will break.

just my input on the added rpm...

being that the rod is the same as the 700 raptor (rev limit 8800) and the valve springs / valves being the same Will support up to the Hotcams stage 3 for the same rpm without issue....

the Rod bearing does Not like more then 9k rpm though as the bearing will fail.

Thanks for your input mate. Kris has gone for a stage 3 hot cam for now, he is swaying to one of your 5050 cam profiles with a bigger build soon on another bike.

the hotcams 3 is great for very reliable build due to the modest lift, and will support about 60 hp on a ported stock valve size head, it just lacks the tq.
