I have had a few guys of late not being able to find the O2 controllers on EBay, here are the links:

Fitted the O2 sensor mod. Started the bike to make sure it still ran, and there's this GROOVY green light coming out from under the radiator shroud now.....(from the magic box that Kev sent me)

Kev, I assume this green light means it's working properly.

What happens if it shorts out, does the light go out, or does it go RED?

The Green light is just there to show something is going on when you turn the Key on & you have connected it correctly, it has nothing to do with the actual workings of the controller voltage part of the mod, all the diagnosis is done through the XT's dash, if the O2 controller stops working or there is a problem with the signal from the O2 controller or you have connected incorrectly there will be an engine fault light on the XT's dash or a flash code on the XTz's.

I only have a few XT660 O2 controller left with LEDS, when they are finished there will no longer be LEDs fitted to this mod, the reason why is there has been overwhelming feedback from riders saying the glowing LED attracts to much attention & asking how to remove it or cover it up, I have already made up the next batch of XT660 O2 controllers with no LEDS.

The KTM 690 & MT-03 are all running O2 controllers with no LED's.

Well I'm glad I got one with an LED. It looks like something cool is happening!

We went from RED to Green on the XT's & Red to Orange for the KTM's, I just checked & I had 6 guys complain about the glowing LED over the past 5 weeks. I have 12 X Green LED XT660 O2 controllers left then there will be no LEDs.

Just got my mod (only 7 days all the way from Oz)
Fitting was amazingly easy, despite my engine bars. What a quality product (looks like OE gear).
However the proof is in the ride!
1. Smoother (jerks have gone)
2. Clutch feathering in slow corners almost eliminated
3. Sooo nice to ride now at part throttle
For the record I have stage 1 and 2 filters and a Kev mod

Oh yeah the MTC comes tomorrow (single sided stainless)
