Sorry to hijack this thread, but what hand guards are out there (except the dealer ones. They seem too small and expensive) which can fit on with zero modification and let you keep the bar ends? I am not mechanically minded whatsoever so am incapable of any tweaking (Plus the bike is brand new and I dont wann beast it just yet) I am desperate as my gloves got soaked on my first commute!

None, not without sme sort of modification. I have Barkbusters on mine from Adventure spec work a treat.

Agreed - Barkbusters! They have their own weights and are easy to fit, although I did space mine out with a washer or two to miss my braided brake line banjos..

Or like this..chop and tap the originals...I measured the height of the barkbuster weights and copied that.. about 20 or 25 mm if I remember correctly..
