Here it is fitted with normal number plate, you will have to move your indicators and refit reflector and move number plate light (second photo shows were to fit number plate light. same one)

No Problem, anytime, I have just finished fitting LEDs H3 to my fog lights

just done same as uncle ricky. standard size number plate, number plate light moved up to under the tail light not above, used the original number plate bracket left the indicators where they are fitted, and cut below the reflector. you cant see the reflector but a small round one on the yamaha logo.

not a good picture but i did this today.

I took the light assembly off the bike and used a dremmel to cut away the bottom, just under the reflector. then drilled and fitted the OEM number plate light kist under the lights. mounted the number plate just under that, and put it all back on. Easy.... left the indicators in the OEM place too. looks much better.

thanks for your help guys.

I put the standard reflector between the rear lights then got an after market plate light. The numberplate light was fiddly to fit as the threads at the back are the same width as the channeled recess, it took a bit of time to fit it. The only mod after this which isnt in the photo was a piece of plastic coming out from below the number plate sticking out about 4 inches, this stops the spray from the back wheel soaking your back.

Hmmm, isnt that what the standard does before cutting? :rotf[1]:
