Those look exactly the same as some that I bought last year (made by Bike- it) for �26.
I can confirm that they will fit (with little modification) the XTR.
That is an excellent price!

I have these fitted on my Tenere. The dealer fitted them without any modifiation but you need to be carefuyl they clear teh fuel tank at full lock on the Ten.

They are also very sturdy, dropped my Ten on my drive (sidestand not fully out) and there were some small scratches on the end only. They could be a bit better for wind protection however as my oxford heated grips start struggling at around freezing point on the motorway due to the wind chill.

My only complaint if you need to remove the bar ends to fit them so yet get more vibrations through the bars.

Can't fault them for value for money though.

Thats a bargin and i would buy a set just even to have sitting about but at �10 for postage to norn iron i think thats a bit steep and im a skin flint anyway so there not getting my monies.
