My tenere won't power up

Hey guys
I have a 2011 660, got injured at work and had to leave the bike standing for about a week and a half. Now when I turn the key, nothing. Charged the battery with no problem and it still won't power up

Any ideas? Also do the signaling lights have a fixed left and right position when installing them?
