Sunday morning ride!
Beautiful morning for a run on the Antrim coast road, N. Ireland. Sometimes take for granted having this brilliant road so close at hand!

Just missed you. I was out on the Quay viper charity ride out today from Carrickfergus through Larne and onto Ballymena. Was there with my dad and my son.

Hope you had a good run. Couldn't have picked a better day for it if you'd tried! Saw a few guys on bikes in a car park outside Larne but was back home in Ballymena shortly after 9am. Got to take the chance while the weather is good.
