Rear brake noise loud XT660

Alright so a while ago front brake issues now back brake issues. The tenere is very sensitive to flaws so it seems and I am losing interest in the bike as it only has 20 k km on it and way to much troubles !
Good learning school though

So rear brake doesn't work properly. Does not brake as it should. when I push the lever with my foot or hand I hear a loud crinching sound like a little squeak from the caliper itself.
Sometimes there is full brake power sometimes there isn't. Brake runs warmer than it should also so there is resistance somewhere. Is this known with the XT 660 tenere models ?

The brembo's should survive because there is a rubber over the pistons. so I have no idea what the issue is. Are it the pins that are rusty ? Anyone that has had this before ?
