Hi all

Is there any way to access the instrument cluster just with taking off the cowling but without dropping out the headlight?

The rubber grommets are slightly loose(due to vibrations) and the three screws simply need tightened up, and seems a bit of a long process for three screws.
Is there any way to access them quickly or do I have to resign myself to what the Haynes manual instructs and remove the lot?
