Brake pads. ...

Any preference on brake pads for the Ten. ...my original ones are looking pretty worn and have lost their bite! Steve

Always EBC

Think I go for sintered front and organic rear, but I can't remember right now.

From all the reading I've done it's as weavemcquilt says.
I've just put new rear carbon ceramic ebc on the rear, seems to work well even with the old fluid. At the moment I've brembo sintered on the front but that's what it came with

What he said.

Organic gives you better feel on the rear.

My front pads were on the bike when I bought it in 2015 and I only needed to change them 6 weeks ago.

Ive tried most brands. Nothing much to seperate them on performance. Everything wears out when your discs are submerged in mud from time to time. But its Goldfren for me, been using them for years at least 1000 miles a month. Good pads, great feel and bite, long lasting and reasonably priced ive used them on everything from superbike to enduro bike. Love em.
