A little about my bike. Shes a 2005 xtx with 22000kms on the clock. stage 3 air intake, staintune exhaust and kev fuel mod. regurlarly maintained.

I havent ridden bike all winter and when I started her up the other day, it seems to be idling lower and once its warmed up if I blip the throttle it cuts out.
If I drive it, it bogs down under throttle and surges like crazy and cuts out on deaccelaration, its hard to start then even once warmed up ( have to give a bit of gas to get it going)
I have been onto yamaha and the tps had been done back in 07' under the recall.
I have checked for vac leaks in the system and it was alright.
Checked spark plug and there was quite a bit of carbon build up, so replaced that and it ran slightly better but still way off.
Im just looking for any suggestions before I fork out $326 for a new sensor.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
