Renthal Fatbar

Hey guys,
I'm reaching out with a quick question before ordering something and realizing things don't fit.
I wanna change the bars, but I also want to keep the bar-end weights, so the only solution seems to be Barkbusters. I thought I'd match these with the Renthal Fatbar RC High and fatbar mount adapter (this has 20mm rise) as I can purchase all of them from the same place and it's more convenient this way.
Do you know if I need longer cables or rerouting the ones I have will suffice?
Thanks a lot!

I use standard cables & look at the rise I have
with the ROX anti vibe risers..
Take note where the clutch cable is routed..
