Longer gear shifter

I received my new boots today which I'm very happy with but the toe box is so big that I'm having a hard time shifting. I adjusted the gear shift to try and fit the boot but it still feels too tight.

I'm thinking of trying this gear shift but I first want to hear if anyone else has had the same problem and if you've tried this gear shift and if you have any feedback on whether this helped or not.

Yes I did. I took it up quite a bit but then shifting up becomes a problem.

Pasta i don't think there's much more space as you need it. I've mounted this shifter.

But the feeling is more direct - i've also get used to it with my boots - and the boots are getting more flexible as longer you use them....

The shifter is worth every Penny, but isn't a big difference in space.

cheers, Andy

cheers Andy. I did the daily commute with the new boots today and like you all mentioned, you do get use to it (to some extent). I think I'll get the lever anyway. It's always good to have a spare.

Yepp i've also the original one with me on every longer or dirtier tour. And a german guy was happy on a meeting that someone has one "on tour" and to mount immediately.....

cheers
