Question Leovince exhaust
Hi Guys

Just fitted some Leovince exhaust this morning. Look great and sound fantastic if a little loud.
Now the dumb part . As I was clearing away the packaging I found two circular metal discs with a number of holes drilled in them. Are these what everyone refers to as decibel killers?
