Got out on the bike yesterday, for the first proper ride since I bought it.
I started out heading to Bala, then took a back road over to lake Vyrnwy, on over another pass to Dinas Mawddwy then lunch at the lakeside cafe in Bleanau Festiniog, having looked on Google maps I then wanted to take a winding road to a dam nearby ( I think it was the one used for the Landrover advert years ago) but the road turned out to be a service road for workers and had a padlocked gate, so I headed home via Betwsy-Coed and across the moors towards St Asph
I am enjoying the bike, had a great day, but it was boiling in all my gear....
