Unifilter and DNA airbox top

Hello all I'm new to this forum and I think it's an awesome resource. I'm not sure if this has been covered before but I'm after opinions on a particular filter and airbox lid combination I have acquired.
I purchased a 2013 Xt 660z and it came with a DNA filter and stage 2lid combo. The previous owner used the bike on road only . Here in Australia yamaha supply a oiled foam uni filter as standard equipment instead of a paper element probably because of perceived dustier conditions here in oz. I have reverted back to the uni filter as I use the bike off road and in dusty conditions.
So my question is what does everyone think of using the DNA lid on the airbox with the uni filter . Will it run lean ? Are the restriction of foam elements be less airflow than a DNA element. Will I need a kev fuel mod. Or am I going to get something in the middle between stock and a DNA stg1+2 Any thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers
