Hi all, can anyone tell me what the rubber strap on the bottom of the seat is for? It is Y shaped and is clearly designed to be detachable at the forward end. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's intended to be for the owner's manual (29), not that anyone ever seems to use it for that purpose!

I keep a couple of special tools under it and they stay put.

I have a Honda pouch with additional tools. Combination pliers, 1/4" sockets and little breaker bar, etc.

I keep my toolkit under it. Fits no worries.
