18" rear and twin cans???

Hi,

Can I run an 18" rear wheel and twin mufflers?
I like either the Arrow or the Leo Vince.
Looking at merge collector and pipe work under the seat, it looks as if there could be clearance for the tyre, but i have some feeling that i heard somewhere that to run an 18" you needed the single can.
