Again I'd recommend EBC. My personal preference is HH sintered front pads and organic TT rear pads. IMHO it gives the brakes a better balance front to rear and particularly makes the rear more progressive and controllable.
Front: FA181R Rear: FA208TT You get a bit more choice (three different pad types) buying from EBC Direct and the prices are the same as Wemoto. Just avoid the MXS pads, they are too aggressive for normal riding on and off road. |

I am ordering from EBC Direct but.... ON their website it says: Double H Sintered Pad Set or Grooved Shoe Front Left FA181R- obviously I need a set...how do I specified this, still select quantity 1 assuming its one set ?? Same scenario with FA208TT ?? C. |

When you buy a pad kit, you get a pair (inside/outside) for one caliper (front or rear).
It's slightly confusing at the front though as the pad kit is quoted as being "front left" because it is the same part (pad set) as the XTR which only has a left hand caliper (due to the XTR preceding the Z by four years, and they never changed the part/kit numbers info in 2008). The kit will do one caliper only. Ignore the "front left" bit. The pads are the same both sides on the Z at the front, so you just need to order two sets in order to do both front calipers. So you need to order: 2x FA181R (front sintered) 1x FA208TT (rear organic) |
